Q: How does FuelerLinx™ charge its clients?

A: We automatically charge your credit card on a monthly basis, according to your subscription level.

 

Q: Do I have to use FuelerLinx™ for all my contract fuel?

A: In order to get an accurate account of your best possible contract fuel price it is important to load all of your fuel pricing into the application.

 

Q: What does LCR stand for?

A: LCR stands for Least Cost Routing. We use the term to describe the result of what makes FuelerLinx™ such an incredible program. The LCR table, that our software produces, uses sophisticated algorithms based on numerous rules and data sets. The end result is a consolidated table that contains the best priced FBO, from the best priced fuel supplier, in your entire network of contract fuelers.

 

Q: What if I am not always in front of a computer?

A: Not a problem at all. Once you have loaded all you contract pricing into FuelerLinx™ software, then the (Least Cost Routing) LCR table that is produced can be accessed remotely from any computer, PDA, or data capable phone in the world.

 

Q: My contract fuel pricing quotes are private. Can anyone access my LCR list and see my prices.

A: FuelerLinx™ is a stand alone application that uses remote algorithms to process it's functions. This means that your contract fuel pricing and LCR report remain locally on your computer, at all times. Only those with access to your computer or network can see FuelerLinx™ analyzed pricing results. All pricing history and transaction records are private and can only be accessed by those you deem appropriate. Additionally, if you choose to post your LCR report, using the remote access option, then only those with authorized usernames and logins can view your pricing.

 

Q: How many contract fuel suppliers can FuelerLinx™ process?

A: FuelerLinx™ can currently compare 22 of the leading contract fuel suppliers.  To see a list of them, view our compatible fuelers section.

 

Q: How often does a flight department have to upload pricing into FuelerLinx™?

A: A flight department should upload price sheets as often as their contract fuel provider sends them out.

 

Q: Are FuelerLinx™ prices guaranteed?

A: FuelerLinx™ is a price quote optimizer and analyzer that is as good as the prices that are inputted. Guaranties are the responsibility of the contract fuel provider.

 

Q: What if my order was scheduled more than 24 hours away from uplift time or while my system was updating?

A: All orders that are subject to price changes are automatically re-priced when you update your database. Changes are immediately reflected in the LCR report and sent to your user specified email alert list. Orders and change orders are not binding and can be canceled at any time.

 

Q: How early do I need to dispatch my order to ensure that the alert makes it to the FBO by the time I arrive?

A: Please allow at least 30 minutes.

 

Q: Can I skip the dispatch option and approach the FBO directly?

A: Yes you can.

 

Q: Does FuelerLinx™ mark up the price of fuel?
A: No, FuelerLinx™ only displays the native pricing that your contract fuelers provides. We take no part in any of your fuel purchases.

Q: How does FuelerLinx™ make any money?
A: We make our money in the form of a flat fee subscription service to use our software.

Q: Can the FuelerLinx™ application dispatch fuel?
A: Yes it can, this is one of many FuelerLinx™ capabilities. Once trip parameters are entered into your computer ,dispatching is just a click away.

Q: Can FuelerLinx™ see my dispatched fuel requests?
A: No, FuelerLinx™ can not see any part of you dispatched fuel transactions. Only your contract fueler and destination FBO can see your request.

Q: Will I be charged for dispatching fuel?
A: No you will not, you can dispatch as many fuel requests, through our system, as you desire.

 

Q: Is FuelerLinx™ web based or a stand alone application?

A: We are a stand alone application to ensure the security of contract fuel pricing and flight schedule.
